Pilates Classes:
These classes are run by Steph Neutze. Steph has been teaching Pilates for 12 years and before that was a personal trainer. She has a wealth of knowledge and is a fantastic teacher. Pilates is great for lower back pain and core strength. We have been running Pilates classes for some time now and those that have taken part just love it.

Classes are run on Tuesday at 10am and 11am.  They are run during the school term.

Spin Classes:
These classes are run by Paul Thorne one of our physio's.  These are challenging and the best way to get and keep fit over the winter months.  You can either bring your own bike and use one of our windtrainers or we do have a few spin bikes available as well. 
Classes are run on a Monday night at 6pm from May to October.  These classes are run during the shcool term.
