Hugh was born and raised on a farm in Southbridge, giving him a strong understanding of the physical demands of rural work. He has over 14 years of experience working as a physiotherapist in both New Zealand and the UK. Hugh enjoys treating a wide variety of sporting injuries and has a particular interest in back and neck conditions. As a certified Mulligan practitioner and PAANZ Dry Needling certified therapist, Hugh combines hands-on therapy with exercise-based rehabilitation to help his patients achieve lasting results. Sport has always been an important part of his life, and he is currently involved with New Zealand Rugby as the independent Head Injury Assessment (HIA) Physio for Farah Palmer Cup games in Canterbury. He also works closely with the Southbridge Division 1 Rugby team as their team physiotherapist. In addition to his sports physiotherapy work, Hugh delivers Falls Prevention services and supports Vocational Return-to-Work planning through his contract work with Habit Health.

Nathan has recently graduated Physiotherapy from Otago University. Born and bred locally in Christchurch, he has been involved in Athletics and Cross Country running since the age of 5, later representing NZ for Cross Country. Given his passion for running, it was an easy decision to pursue a career as a physiotherapist - satisfying his interest in human biomechanics, and desire to help others achieve their personal goals to the best of their ability. His other interests include hiking, camping, and spending time with family and friends. Nathan is excited to start his working life with Leeston Physiotherapy.
